Applied Artificial Intelligence (Minor)

Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the study of creating human intelligence in machines for real-world applications. This cross-disciplinary minor is for students interested in AI and how it will affect their lives and careers. It is accessible to students in any major. It offers a fundamental understanding of AI, its uses, and consequences at a societal level. It relies on STEM courses as well as courses in other disciplines in a quest to find out how we can use AI to promote human health, well-being, economic prosperity to more people, and social justice.
