Dyslexia and Language-Based Learning Disabilities (Graduate Certificate)

The Graduate Certificate for Dyslexia and Language-Based Learning Disabilities focuses on how students process information, express knowledge, respond to instructional models and exemplars, and self-advocate for their learning. The certificate equips graduates with the teaching principles to help school-aged students with language-based learning disabilities achieve academic and social success. Graduates will leverage research to support the development of inclusive and multisensory instructional plans and assessments for implementation with students with language-based learning disabilities. This graduate certificate does not lead to initial teacher licensure or administrator endorsement.
