The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is designed to help students gain the knowledge and skills to become critical business partners in organizational success. Students will explore the strategies which inform the core functions in human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, and leading positive organizational change. By aligning with industry frameworks and engaging with authentic applications of leadership and change models, students will be prepared to lead initiatives, foster effective teams, and navigate complex workplace dynamics. Depending on course selection, students may also explore areas such as employee and labor relations, total rewards, nonprofit management, and ethical leadership to build skills in shaping workplace policies and making informed, value-driven decisions in diverse organizational settings.
