Minor
This minor will prepare students from any major to thrive in customer-facing roles through applied learning and experiential practice. Students will gain in-demand skills such as critical thinking, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening, while engaging in real-world simulations, role-plays, and sales competitions. Designed to be highly practical, the minor offers opportunities for students to learn industry-recognized strategies, and make important sale connections. Whether students are pursuing careers in healthcare, technology, business, or another field, this minor will empower them to confidently enter sales roles and other roles by leveraging their disciplinary expertise in high-impact customer interactions.
